CNC laser cut and bent from 3/8th thick carbon steel. quick release latches are used so no matter how hard you back into something you will be able to open the door, while other bumper designs on the market utilize Pins that easily bend. Designed around the Smittybilt 17,500lb electric winch( winch not included). 1 inch thick grade 8 bolts and 1/4” wall DOM tubing are utilized for the swing side hinge point instead of small steel pins inside square tubing. Not including the Winch this bumper will add approximately 365 pounds of additional counter weight( the winch adds an additional 150pounds). We are certainly not the cheapest bumper available but we like to think we are probably the strongest on the market.
Bumper will be shipped in a black painted configuration and have a 2-3 week lead time as these bumpers are built to order.
